Established in 1985, Turbo Power Services (TPS) has firmly established itself as a market leader in the supply and refurbishment of gas turbine components. Working with OEMs, service companies and end users directly, TPS is proud of its unique portfolio of services.Through our established relationships with OEMS, we can offer repair, calibration and supply of all gas turbine ancillary components. Our partnerships give us exclusive access to OEM training, documentation and specifications. TPS is the authorised European sales and repair centre for Roper Pumps USA and Jansen Aircraft Systems (JASC) components.TPS specialise in the supply, refurbishment and flow testing of fuel nozzles from single fuel nozzles to complete combustor cover assemblies. We have specialist in house test rigs for air and liquid testing of fuel nozzles and assemblies. Calibration is fully traceable to NIST sources. Utilising our knowledge and experience of designing and manufacturing in house test rigs, TPS can design, build, commission and offer training on the following test stands: Liquid fuel nozzle calibrationGas nozzles air flow calibrationThese bespoke designs can be manual or semi automatically controlled test rigs, including fully automated test report generation.At TPS we understand the critical importance of the different types of control valves that safely run a gas turbine and the importance of testing valves as complete assemblies. Refurbishing and testing the valves as a complete assembly ensures that the valve functions correctly and complies with the operational specification when refitted to the turbine. Minimising downtime and maximising reliability. TPS technicians are trained by valve OEM's to ensure they have the correct product knowledge and skills.
