With over 25 years in the Industry Turbosat is one of the longest established Satellite companies in the UK. Initially an importer and distributor for several brands but soon incorporating an installation division this has given us great insight into developing products which are easy to install and easy to operate. With this in mind our own brand was launched, starting as "Ice" and evolving to "Icecrypt". As Satellite and Digital TV gained interest we became market leaders in new technology… The ICE TSL17DVD was the first Integrated Digital TV with a DVD player and analogue tuner embedded. Manufacturers of the World's first ever CAM (Ultimate CAM) with two embedded Conditional Access Systems (Conax and Irdeto) and embedded smartcard. Distributors of the first Freeview PVR, as well as early adopters of Freeview Playback, Freeview HD and Freeview+HD.Multi lingual sales staff ensure a presence in most major markets and we hold key accounts with several broadcasters and most major UK retailers whom we offer the following: An "Off The Shelf" solution under the Icecrypt brand or from one of our key partners.
