A team of Support Coordinators, Specialist Support Coordinators and Recovery Coaches, who are passionate about this role and seeing it done well. Being a small business we are flexible, adaptive and go the extra mile. We are here to support NDIS participants to get the most out of their NDIS plan. We all have tertiary qualifications and backgrounds in Psychology and years of experience in the mental health, disability sector. We have a diverse team, with different skills, experience and strengths, and aim to match you/the participant with the best suited Support Coordinator. We support participants across Adelaide as we are based in different locations. This means we have knowledge of services and supports in different areas. We also have an ever-growing database of recommended providers/services based on participant feedback. We pride ourselves on being proactive, client centred and personable. We focus on getting to know the participant and their individual goals and needs, linking everyone together for better outcomes and empowering participants to take the lead in their NDIS journey.
