We will provide a very good news experience for our viewers.TV1 is the division of Lakshmi Gold Khazana Pvt.Ltd owned by Sri.K.P.Nanjundi. From a small kid grown up in slums, till he become a business tycoon. He has walked a long way with several ups and downs to build a huge empire, with a turnover of around 800crores. It was his dream to build a news channel.TV1 has senior journalist Mr. Shiva Prasad T.R as the group Editor-in-chief. K.P.Nanjundi and Shiva Prasad T.R knew each other very well since last 15 years. Shiva Prasad T.R was the Director of SamayaTV, Executive officer of Janasri News, Producer and Anchor of Tv9. K.P.Nanjundi was into serials, politics, films and business. The common interest in both of them about media, business and politics brought them together more closely.Infact it was in 2010 both of them had a series of meetings for 3 days, to start a news channel. But the dream couldn't materialized due to some or the other reason. Obviously when K PNanjundi wanted to start a news channel in 2017, he asked Shiva Prasad T R to build a channel for him. Once Shiva Prasad T.R joined in, the group's vision and plans started taking more aggressive shape with a bigger plan than earlier. Both of them have decided to establish a big media house with global presence. It will have news, music, entertainment channels, news websites in various languages, magazines, news papers, etc in the coming days.
