The superior quality of products has also been acknowledged as the best by JD Power Study for three years in a row. TVS Motor Company also won top honours in the recently concluded JD Power Customer Satisfaction Index with After-Sales Service. The Company's various products lead in their respective categories in the JD Power IQS and APEAL surveys for the past three years and it was ranked No. 1 in the JD Power Customer Service Satisfaction Survey for consecutive two years. At the Economic Times Award for Corporate Excellence 2016, TVS Motor Company was awarded the Corporate Citizen of the Year.
