We cover the entire range of polyester and polyamde 6.6 / 6 continuous filament yarns from POY to qualities with special finishings and specialities. The yarns are available in raw white and dope-dyed or package dyed. In close partnership with our customers we develop customised yarns, tailored to special applications also in technical fields.A COMPANY WITH HERITAGE AN CHARACTERTWD Fibres is a fully integrated company with a long tradition. At the Bavarian headquarters in Deggendorf/Seebach the company produces commodities and high performance filament yarns with high added value alike. The company was founded in 1959 by Heinrich Kunert. In 1975 the first filament spinnery for polyester and polyamide 6.6 was inaugurated. In the following years the different production levels including dyeing facilities were integrated. Since April 2019 TWD Fibres GmbH is a owner-managed company again. Chief executive officer, Eggo Laukamp, and finance director, Klaus Platzer, together took over tha majority of the company´s shares.2022 we launched the PA 6 product line PASIX®.FILAMENT YARNS AND TECHNOLOGIESAs a fully integrated filament yarn specialist we cover with our state-of-the-art machinery all production levels of the entire yarn value chain in the sectors PES, PA and PBT according to individual customer wishes.
