Twice Corporate Finance (http://www.twiceresearch.it) is a company that operates in the analysis and financial research, pricing of investment instruments, investment advisory and - through the subsidiary company Twice & Partners Corporate Advisers - alongside the property and the management of companies at different stages of their development cycle in choices having strategic impact in the structuring of financing sources (equity, debt hybrid instruments) and in organic growth / M & A operations.In addition to consulting activities, Twice manages a series of investments in start-ups, mainly in the Fintech sector.Twice Corporate Finance was founded in 1997; in 1999 he founded - together with Banca Commerciale Italiana (today IntesaSanPaolo), Investitori Associati, DeAgostini and Telecom Italia - Twice SIM, soon, one of the main operators of Direct Access Trading (DAT-Trading on Line for heavy scalpers) and Capital Market Specialist for small & mid-caps; through its subsidiary Twice Research, it quickly became one of the most active search operators on listed small&mid-caps, flanking the research activity with Investment Advisory addressed to individual professional investors (active traders and HNWI).Twice SIM is acquired at the end of 2009 by IWBank (UBI Group) with the aim of concentrating in a market leader the offer of DAT services in the heavy traders / scalpers segment. At the beginning of 2010, Enrico Petocchi, Managing Director & Founder of Twice SIM, took over from the UBI Group - through Twice Corporate Finance - the Financial Research / Investment Advisory activities for HNWI (now merged into the Reserach division) and Corporate Advisory (ECM & M & A, carried out through Twice & Partners Corporate Advisers).
