Twin Ocean Property (TOP) is an established boutique Property Development Company. Formed in August 2007, the company's origins lie in Clough Property, where Twin Ocean's core development team originates from. Clough Property was a standalone division of The Clough Engineering Group, an ASX listed company and one of Australia's largest multi-disciplinary engineering, construction, operations and maintenance groups (www.clough.com.au). Since commencing the sale of its property assets, TOP has been contracted by Clough to manage all of their remaining property development projects and disposals, disposals to date effected by TOP amount to $160 million.Since forming in August 2007, TOP has commenced investing in various projects throughout Australia.With a proven track record in sourcing profitable development opportunities, as well as proven delivery, TOP strives to grow on its strong reputation forged through Clough Property. With this objective in mind, TOP acknowledges that the only way this can be achieved is through the creation and continuation of strong business relationships with our industry partners.The existing TOP Lines of Business are:*Land – taking unzoned land through a zoning and revaluation process.*Land Development – taking zoned land and providing subdivision works.*Building – built form construction, commercial, industrial and residential.*Take Out – sale / placement of end product.*Formal Syndication – syndicating investors into property assets.
