Twin Sails is a school where everyone is made welcome and each individual is treated with respect and consideration. Our children are encouraged to learn, grow and be the very best they can be in everything that they do. Our staff have high expectations for all children and work hard to to ensure they develop the skills and knowledge to grow into independent, resilient and creative individuals. Twin Sails is a happy, caring and vibrant school, where every child is valued for their uniqueness and is at the centre of everything we do. In September 2015 Hamworthy Park Junior School federated with Twin Sails Infant School & Nursery. Together we are known as Harbour View Federation. In September 2016 we became an Academy Trust under the dynamic Hamwic Education Trust. Harbour View federation is immensely proud of its association with Hamwic Education Trust. Furthermore, both schools were graded as GOOD in their most recent Ofsted inspections - Twin Sails Infant School & Nursery's last inspection was June 2015. During 2017-2018 we are moving from the umbrella trust model which is no longer recognised by the DfE and becoming a regional board working directly under the Hamwic Education Trust.We are very proud of our school and the amazing things that happen here. It is a real privilege to lead such a talented team of staff and children within such a supportive community.
