Our goal at Twisted Strait Fibers is to build a sustainable community of Fiber Producers and Fiber Artists in the Pacific Northwest. We are a community of committed individuals who want to educate, promote and sustain the production and use of fiber-bearing animals. The core of this community will be a full-service processing mill operated as a Cooperative that will put the process of adding value to our natural fibers into the hands of those who produce and create with them.As part of our Mission we are sponsoring workshops that encourage the creative use of protein fibers whether it be spinning, knitting, felting, dyeing or weaving. The more members we have, the stronger our organization. We hope that you will join us.
