Two Hearts One Language Foundation, Inc., is dedicated to helping individuals and families gain some self-awareness through the use of Equine Facilitated Learning focused on the concepts of trust, respect, and communication.In 'Equine Facilitated Learning', a horse professional and counselor work with clients and horses to address specific emotional and mental needs. Working with horses helps people become more aware of their body language and what they are truly saying to those with whom they interact. Activities involving the horses requires participants to focus on non-verbal communication and calm assertiveness to establish themselves as trustworthy leaders of these large, powerful and dynamic beings.The program can be an effective form of self-help for at-risk youth, veterans, trauma survivors, domestic abuse survivors, and more. It is also ideal for team building, leadership training, and conflict resolution.
