He has created this system through successful experience at Il Vicino, Palisade Brewery, and currently at Colorado Boy Brewery. His brewing has won awards at the "Great American Beer Festival"; an internationally recognized venue and competition. The owners of Two Rascals Brewing Company havereceived training on brewing from Mr. Hennessey; who has also agreed to provide on-going consulting on an as needed basis. They have also obtained permission to utilize his methods and practices for their commercial endeavor.
