Two Tree Designs has over 35 years experience in the thermoforming industry. After building up and managing a toolroom involved in the manufacture of thermoforming tooling for 30 years, Gordon then set up and managed the design and manufacture of in house tools for thermoforming machines, taking on all aspects of work from meeting customers, designing new concepts, tooling on 3D CAD systems, programming CNC machines and producing tooling for their TFT machines. Two Tree Designs have their own 3 axis CNC machining centre, vacuum forming machine and clicker press for sampling. With access to several other CNC milling and turning machines, Two Tree Designs can offer a broad range of services including a quick turnaround of 3D modelling, line drawings, model board prototypes, and meeting with clients for inital design concepts to the production of prototypes and samples to get product approval. Two Tree Designs are experts in using state of the art 3D design software including, Solidworks, AutoCAD and Cimatron. Two Trees Design have produced tooling for TFT, ILLIG, Kiefel, GN and other machines, and can visit customers to measure up existing tools, as well as producing drawings for any unfamiliar machines. In addition, we can also collect any tooling that requires repair or modification and turn around very quickly to avoid lost production. Other services include an in-house sheetmetal fabrication and specialist welding service, offering bespoke fabrication to customers.
