Type Education is the process of teaching individuals how to be more effective when connecting with others by using type theory to explain the differences experienced among individuals in everyday life. The essence of type theory is that seemingly random variation in behavior is actually quite orderly and predictable, when we understand the subconscious use of our own perceptions and judgments. Type Education teaches people how to communicate their intentions and needs to others to achieve consensual understanding and faster results. We partner with organizations to maximize communication effectiveness and impact through group and individualized instruction of type theory and other cognitive behavioral models. TYPEd training gives individuals the tools they need to be more successful and expedient in their job and life roles. Effective communication requires first and understanding of the unique way we each perceive and interact with the world, fundamentally, as individuals. TYPEd training provides people the tools to view themselves and their own behaviors objectively, separate from their environment and other individuals. It allows people the ability to gain a clear perception of their own strengths, blind spots, beliefs and emotions, as well as how they impact their connections with others. The TYPED purpose is to develop a culture of empowered, mindful people collaborating with intention and ownership toward shared beliefs to achieve individual and collective success.
