Tytan Group is has a diverse range of activities, including international trade in mobile phones, interests in mining and minerals, international facilitation services, management and promotion of international motocross professionals, and management and promotion of international musicians. The company's predecessor int eh communications industry was Protocom Cellular, which is fully described hereunder. Protocom Cellular was sold to a major European telecoms operator in 2000, and in 2009, the core business of the company was resumed under Tytan Group. The company continued to expand its operations in the wholesale trade in GSM cellular operations, and also became increasingly involved in the areas of telecommunications consultancy services. This included involvement in telecommunications infrastructure projects, as well as a broadening footprint in the IT sector, wiht particular reference to wireless networking. The Company secured a dealership from Ruckus Wireless, a world-leading wireless networking company in 2011. The racing division was instrumental in assisting a number of riders achieve motocross world titles, most notably Tyla Rattray (www.stylamx.com). It also manages and promotes some former junior world champions.The entertainment division is involved in the management and promotion of a number of international level music groups and entertainers.
