Tyumen Oil & Gas Institute (TOGI) was founded in 1998 with a mission to advance applied science aimed at achieving rational oil and gas production. Since then, TOGI has become a recognized expert center, employing professionals certified by the National association for subsoil use.Hundreds of field development projects have been reviewed and evaluated by the Institute.
