Tzevet Mikey is The Lone Soldier Center's intensive pre-army training program which prepares young men and women both mentally and physically, for service in IDF's combat units.Tzevet Mikey alumni have gone on to serve in Elite units in the IDF, and as commanders and officers.All of Tzevet Mikey's Instructors are veteran combat soldiers, commanders, and special forces operators with years of experience in the military and in army-prep frameworks.The program consists of intense physical workouts, Hebrew learning, army academic lessons, and distance marches (מסעות). An integral part of the program in addition to the army prep is the team building, and leadership developing experience and life-long friendships that are formed between the participants in the program. Those who commit to the program will be changed for the better.
