UCL Team Nova Details
UCL Team Nova is a group of Mechanical Engineering students from across the globe with a common passion for utilizing innovative technology for social change. We achieve this by designing and developing drones capable of delivering humanitarian aid to victims in disaster-stricken or war-torn regions. Our drones are equipped with an on-board object recognition system and are designed to minimize environmental footprint and cost. We also compete annually in the international Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Challenge and have received numerous accolades for our achievements in design and innovation.
