UF Innovate | The Hub is a business incubator with a mission to build, drive and support the spirit of innovation. We are the "hub" of the North Central Florida entrepreneurial ecosystem with a global outreach. We offer state-of-the-art wet laboratory, light manufacturing and office space, along with advising, mentoring, education and programs and amenities to help you succeed. We have resident and affiliate programs available to assist every startup and small business.Just a few blocks from UF, you can travel quickly between campus and your startup's lab or office. Free parking, bike racks and showers make the trip even easier, no matter how you travel. Through the Gator 1 card provided to resident clients, you'll receive many amenities and connections to the University of Florida resources.We offer competitive, all-inclusive rates (utilities, maintenance, internet, taxes and janitorial services) to allow you to accurately control your cash flow for your business. Our office spaces start at $25/square foot per year to $27/square foot per year. Our laboratory spaces start at $32/square foot per year to $33/square foot per year. Our light manufacturing spaces start at $27.50/square foot per year to $29/square foot per year— depending on space size and configuration. We offer one-year terms for initial space use with the ability to renew annually or cancel with a 60-day notice, giving you the flexibility you need for your business.We are driven to assist you with your growing company, and we offer expansion capability to you with our flexible space. The mixed-use business incubator provides both a place and a program that can significantly promote the success of early-stage companies by encouraging vision and collision among tenants, partners, visitors and the general community.
