UFC Gym Reno is a full service fitness facility. We specialize in personal coaching and class based skills training for fitness. Being a member here is like having 5 separate gym memberships. We offer a FULL GYM (cardio, free weights, cables, power racks, etc.). We have boxing AND kickboxing conditioning classes and fundamentals classes as well. Daily Ultimate Training, which is an expanded functional fitness (boot camp style) class. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), wresting, TRX, MATRX, MMA skills. A child can be a member at our gym at the age of 6. We have numerous kids classes daily. WE are NOT a fighting gym. Our tag line is "All Fit, No Fight.
