UFIT CHEER AND DANCE INC is the premiere Stomp- N- Shake cheerleading training camp company. We focus on the development of athletes through the sport of cheerleading to enhance life skills, understanding of nutrition, the importance of wellness, self-esteem, academic excellence , basic cheerleading technique and the fundamentals of Stomp-N-Shake cheerleading and choreography. UFIT was founded in 2011 by Joevanne Estrada and Regan Hales with cheerleading camps for youth ages 6-17 years old. The idea of Stomp N Shake training was founded, implemented and perfected through the efforts of UFIT CHEER AND DANCE Inc, creating an increase in the market for training and development of the skill. Since 2013, UFIT has lead the market in converting teams every year across the nation in educating and training coaches and cheerleaders in the style of Stomp N Shake. UFIT now host cheerleading competitions, coaches certifications and clinics, team training camps, private training camps, youth camps and scholarship events for cheerleaders in the style of Stomp-N-Shake.
