Main areas of support include:• Welfare, skills and justice solution design and delivery model creation• Positioning to ensure organisations gain the best opportunity for success.• Social recruitment – linking employers with funded, supportive provision preparing unemployed people and enabling disadvantaged to succeed in employment. Supporting employers to recruit with confidence and provide funded workforce development solutions.• Operations support – performance improvement delivery innovation and mobilisation support.• Creating/reviewing Business Development and Growth Strategies including future landscape understanding.
