The New Belgrade Cultural Network (NBKM) is a cultural institution, founded by the municipal authorities of New Belgrade, as a unique service to the residents of New Belgrade with the aim of developing cultural and artistic creativity in the most populous municipality in Serbia.\\Cultural Policy of the New Belgrade Cultural Network is the implementation of decentralization and cultural events and programs through as many mini-cultural centers, interconnected, whose main product is 'a network of cultural spots' within the local community. In addition to regular programs within these facilities, together with the GO New Belgrade NBKM organizes festivals such as Summer in Novi Beograd (weeks of open-air festival of the Sava), "Street of the Open Heart", New Belgrade Book Fair, "Akvadrom" (educational games on public pools) and other events and festivities.*
