UK Online Measurement Company (UKOM): Industry governed, multi-platform audience measurement in partnership with comScore.UKOM is co-owned by the Association of Online Publishers, the AOP, and by the IAB, the Internet Advertising Bureau. On UKOM's executive board are represented, in advisory roles, the Institute of Practitioners of Advertising, or the IPA, and ISBA, The Incorporated Society of British Advertisers. UKOM's primary function is one of standard setting and governance. Fundamentally UKOM is the key industry stakeholders coming together to identify, define and govern a common UK industry standard for online audience measurement.
