A hub of collaboration, the Ulex Project is a non-profit based in Catalunya, involved in the design and delivery of residential trainings since 2008. As an adult education centre for activists we combine trainings in personal, inter-personal and political transformation. ULEX builds on ten years of experience offering trainings to hundreds of activists across Europe, offering a pan-European training programme for social movement impact and resilience.We seek to build bridges between people who are striving to make progressive change happen, working to replace neoliberalism with an economy and politics based on social and environmental justice. Our members come from trade unions, grassroots groups, NGOs, faith-based campaigns, political parties and all across civil society. We run trainings, share skills and ideas and collaborate on campaigns.Working with a talented pool of facilitators and trainers we've been innovating and developing trainings for social movements for many years. Our work has informed and inspired training initiatives across Europe and is informed by what we call Integral Activist Training. The signature trainings draw on the best of that work.
