Who we are Uli + friends is an international illumination-planning studio headquartered in Miami specializing in producing award-winning designs for high-profile clients. For more than two decades our determination and strong desire has been to create exceptional illumination concepts and high impact designs. Our proficiency includes, but is not limited to, illumination planning and system integration. Design Philosophy Our designs fulfill the business needs of our clients while also appealing to their emotional desires. We create lighting concepts that are both simple and intelligent. With our plans we strive to develop a character for each project that expresses the client's individuality and way of life. Our work is to carve out new visual environments while raising property values in the process. Business Philosophy We are fervent to work on the best projects with the best clients. In a perfect world, our clients have a specific project with a specific budget in mind. They care very much about design, and image. Our clients can always expect us to deliver a superior product and service in terms of the overall creativity and execution. Balancing functionality with aesthetics, we will assemble a collection of luminaires suited to each of the diverse and individual applications contained within the project. Our most detailed illumination specification manual will provide you with all the necessary information for implementing the design, from luminaire ordering information to installation instructions, as well as schedules for maintaining the design to ensure the original intent is preserved. Within each space, the collection of luminaires is designed to work harmoniously with the architecture. Each luminaire serves an individual role in creating the overall effect. To ensure that that proper illumination control is achieved, we include a circuitry guideline with all of our designs to be used by the electrical engineering consultant.
