Ingrid worked as an Events Manager at the University of Johannesburg (UJ) for almost 24 years before deciding to venture out on her own.In 2013, Ingrid was privileged to have worked with a select UJ team, on a visit by the then USA President Barack Obama. For this specific event, Ingrid, along with her team, received the Vice-Chancellor's Distinguished Award for Service Beyond the normal call of duty. She attended high-level Protocol-training, has great passion for people, obtained a certificate in Counselling and did a short course in Coaching & Mentoring.
