We have our very own unique Property Management System (PMS) called UloTel. The Property Owners can view the Revenue Projection, Overall Revenue and Room Inventory in a single dashboard. It paves for easy monitoring and control over all our portfolio properties.We operate via the Revenue Share concept. We tie up with Single Brand Budget Hotels that are underperforming & help them to achieve Standard Occupancy, Standard Revenue & Quality. It is beneficial for Hotel Owners in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities to partner with us because we will assist day-to-day operations, give a better internet presence, revamp quality and employ dedicated reservation teams to all our portfolio properties.Ours is an open office environment where we encourage creativity from all our employees.
