We conduct special workshops to train the managers on using coaching techniques for performance appraisals. We bring to you internationally acknowledged programmes for professional and personal development in partnership with The Management Edge, Australia. We also run an ICF approved coach training program in exclusive association with and international academy "I AM LIFE COACH". This program enables the aspiring coaches to complete all the requirements for ACC accreditation from ICF.
