Radiation hardened microelectronics is our core specialty, but we also have experience below and above the traditional "military" temperature range and are pursuing particularly, down-hole, gas turbine and nuclear power control & remediation instrumentation IC applications. We focus on analog, interface and power conversion / management applications.
