Umanity is a non-profit organization aimed at working directly with non-governmental organizations, government agencies, and community-support initiatives by organizing community events that promote social development and encourage volunteerism and community involvement.We are living in a world where society is appearing to lack in humanity and compassion to one another, where some people have forgotten their instinct for kindness and others have lost the willingness to extend their hands and help others.Solidarity is a term little used today and we are witnessing a fear of getting involved. We need to rediscover HUMANITY in our community. We want to communicate humanity and we aim at promoting social development to our COMMUNITY.Umanity aims to raise awareness about other NGO's missions and noble causes in the society. Our events provide participants with opportunities to benefit their communities by contributing and getting involved.We strive to strengthen and encourage the non-governmental sector as a whole, increase public understanding of the community service, and provide the mechanism and support needed for NGOs to connect, partner, and multiply their contributions to solve humanity's basic problems.
