We started as an IT Services company, Innervest, however due to skill shortages, our clients required more resources, temp/perm/contracted, to complete exiting projects as well as to support their environments upon project completion.This function was performed by Innervest, until 2018 as we needed to create a stand alone brand, to help differentiate the brand. Due to Umphakathi supplying services to many more sectors, i.e. manufacturing, mining, retail, banking, etc.We provide many value added services, from payroll services to training and development.
