Under the Oak Travel is a full service travel agency, but my first love is booking cruises and every little thing that goes along with it: from coordinating a car driving the customer to the airport, to scheduling the flight, to reserving a hotel for few days in the departure city, to arranging personalized excursion packages in port cities, and assuring a safe return trip home. I may be "old school" but running a business is not all about making money, though it is always about making that special connection with the customer.
