Under the Radar Report is an independent ASIC registered investment entity that publish's a fortnightly e-newsletter which focuses on opportunities in the world of small caps, that is, listed companies with market capitalisation of less than $300 million. The Under the Radar Report provides: - Investment tips in the sector - A model portfolio - Interviews with leading fund managers - In depth analysis on specific industries including mining, technology and biotech. This newsletter brings together the experience of two small caps experts: Richard Hemming who has been involved in the equities markets for the past 18 years, firstly, as an equities analyst and more recently, as a financial journalist at the Australian Financial Review and recently, the Financial Times in London. Richard Davis who has been an analyst and portfolio manager including for Fidelity for the past 20 years. He has also run Huntleys newsletter business and worked in corporate finance in the media in both the UK and Australia. As a manager, he has generated investment returns of more than 20% p.a. for the past 20 years. Importantly, an external investment committee has been established whose members include Geoff Wilson of Wilson Asset Management and Karl Siegling of Cadence Capital.
