Underguard Services is a unique, domestic BPO call center operation set up within the walls of Tennessee state prisons. Our vision is to help inmates and residents obtain working skills to prepare them for a graceful return to society and help reduce the rate of return. We are committed to providing professional and courteous service, while building lasting relations with our customers. We are currently operating a 50 seat call center and are anticipating the opening of an additional 100 seat call center in August 2018. We are looking for clients to help support our mission.
