UniHelp is a project that has the best interest of students, and the Nigerian society at heart. UniHelp believes strongly in the potential of Nigerian youth, and aims to protect the future of Nigeria by preventing mental illness that could arise from academic stress and failure. The project seeks to bridge the gaps of social and economic inequalities between university freshmen from well to do families, and those from not so well to do families, who can't afford the guidance they need. As well as providing the necessary support to these students throughout their University education.UniHelp offers academic support by providing helpful materials, study guides, lessons on study techniques for freshmen in the faculty of engineering, in particular and freshmen in other faculties in general. UniHelp also provides moral and emotional support by sharing useful resources on how to manage stress, achieve school-life balance as well as helpful information about where they can seek help to protect their mental health. With over 1000+ lives already touched, and over 30+ Freshmen currently being supported this semester, UniHelp seeks to expand its reach to all faculties and departments in the University of Lagos, and all Universities in Nigeria at large.
