UniLaSalle Details

Created in 1992, the Ecole des Métiers de l'Environnement, located on the Ker Lann Campus, at the gates of Rennes is a non-profit association under the 1901 law and a Private Higher Education Establishment of General Interest recognized by the 'State (EESPIG). This recognition aims to establish an operating equity between public and private education. In 2018, the EME merged with the Institut Polytechnique UniLaSalle. Through innovative teaching methods, several diplomas are awarded: Engineer in Environmental Engineering, Bachelor in Environment and Sustainable Development, Master of Science in Sustainable Management & Eco Innovation, Specialized Master® Circular Economy. To best respond to concerns related to climate change and the demands of energy and ecological transition, the school is constantly developing its network of companies, associations, local authorities, etc. The students benefit from this whole network. This facilitates their professional integration. In addition, the Cyclann Research Unit is made up of 8 teacher-researchers. Through their work, researchers actively contribute to the implementation of circular economy approaches and policies at the territorial level in order to allow the integration of the principles of the social responsibility of organizations (RSO) and meet the objectives of the sustainable development (SDGs).
