Harness is an award-winning education technology company based in the UK. Since we were established in 2014, we have continuously been working with teachers and students to develop and spread our next-gen, interactive teaching and assessment software: Unio By Harness®.Unio is a teaching platform for content delivery, assessment and real-time tracking in the classroom which works on any device. It is based around shared online screens between the teacher and students. Unio allows teachers to create interactive lessons, share their lessons with students in real time and assess student progress throughout the lesson. Unio's powerful feedback tools allow teachers to easily personalise learning.We are convinced that technology destined for the classroom should be developed hand-in-hand with teachers and if John Hattie and Dylan Wiliam have taught us anything, it's that powerful feedback leads to powerful outcomes. That is why we work closely with teachers in a number of ways to make sure we continue to develop valuable education technology to enrich teaching, learning and assessment for our schools.Harness is based in London, UK and has raised several rounds of funding from a diverse group of investors and institutions committed to the development of EdTech products in Europe and beyond. These include:- P.A.U Education, a Barcelona-based education company that has been a major contributor to innovative learning in all areas of social development for twenty years. PAU also gathers together large European family funds and VC investors.- Armat Group, a privately owned investment company, based in Luxembourg, that specialises in capital development for small and mid cap companies with a highly entrepreneurial spirit and international potential.- Perennity Investments is a private equity firm, based in Luxembourg with a focus on small and mid sized companies with a global remit.
