Union Capital is a private equity firm that specializes in making investments in family owned businesses between $20 million and $200 million in revenues. We have been investing in founder led and family owned businesses since the firm's founding in 1968. Nearly 50 years of investing has taught us a few lessons on what works and what doesn't work. So, over the years, we refined our approach to what works for the companies we invest in and management teams we partner with. We built our team by combining seasoned investment professionals with the highest performing CEOs from our former portfolio companies.
