The Hub is here to help all affiliated unions, in particular, those who choose to participate in the following areas:- concepts to be able to implement in their own systems- the digital marketing concepts and expertise- conferences and workshops looking at best practice- major enhancements to integrate into their own systems- collective deals with vendors such as, CRM, CMS, learning management systems; communities and marketing automation- new services developed or exchangedThe Hub will ensure that its learnings are shared across the movement in the areas such as member engagement, member onboarding, member scoring, and member and potential member journeys. The Hub will work closely with the new "Futures Network" and the ongoing work of the ACTU's Technology Capacity Team and Digital Recruitment team.
