The Union of Business Ladies, (UBL) is a non-profit organization launched in 2015 by the International Relations Center Ltd. (IRC). The organization is lead by a team of female entrepreneurs with a more than 10-year track record of working together as a successful team. The UBL is headed up by the President, Ms. Ekaterine Maisuradze, who is well known both in Georgia as well as internationally. She is a noblewoman from a joint family, and Ms. Maisuradze sets a great example for women who are struggling to maintain a work-life balance.Goals of UBL • To develop an outstanding network for successful entrepreneurs.• Arrange events for the welfare of Women in Business like conferences, Forums, Masterclasses, and Training etc.• Developing the role of women with families in entrepreneurship.• Educating young entrepreneurs who come from different backgrounds, to make them professionally capable of rising up in the competitive business world.• To encourage and develop women oriented entrepreneurial projects.• To arrange events including auctions to play our part in charity.
