In 1919 Union Rubber, Inc was founded as a distributor that made the way from the oil fields of Bradford, Pennsylvania. Best Test Rubber Paper Cement was introduced in 1923 and to this day continues to be the Paper Cement of choice for the professional artist and the serious crafter. The company has come a long way since its founding and today offers a wide range of adhesives and solvents.
