URS is approved as a REO representative for REO Trans, Equator, REO World, LPS, Sam REO, GreenRiver, Homeq, NDS,Resnet, Lamco, Safeguard Properties, REO Assignment, Assetlink, Servicelink First of American, and FAS Asset Management. URS has listed and sold Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD properties. URS has prepared many BPO's, Damage Reports, Evictions, Personal Property handling, Asset Manager Communications, Bidding for Repairs, Property Management, and Cash for Keys Negotiations.
