The UITTA is being established to provide independent computer technicians with benefits that corporately employed technicians receive including , medical insurance , disability, pension, wage fairness ,training and legal assistance. As we all know a majority of computer technicians are contractors working either for a corporation , or a company that contracts labor. These companys and services do not offer contractors the same benefits or privileges of an employee.
