As a unit of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary we offer NYS certified boating safety classes and provide free vessel safety checks at local marinas. Our other course offerings include Boating Safety, Navigation, Sailing, and more.Our members are qualified in many different operational capacities; coxswains, communications, interpreters, crew members, personal water craft operators, and several certified instructors. We conduct safety, regatta, and chart updating patrols. As you can imagine we're out on the water a lot. We often provide assistance to boaters both experienced and novice.
