The United Way of Kennebec Valley serves the community by identifying human care needs, raising and allocating funds to meet those needs, and encouraging volunteers to participate in community service.As a nonprofit organization, we partner with 50 local programs to provide a better quality of life for those in need across 19 towns in Kennebec County. Our primary investment areas are basic needs, health care, youth/education, and financial stability. Typically, more than 20,000 lives a year are improved through United Way-funded programs.
