United Youth Institute is a youth-led initiative founded by the Burmese exchange students from Northern Illinois University with grant support from the U.S. Department of State. The organization was launched with a dedication to empowering youths to unleash their underlying potentials. The organization stands for the youth and students in different regions emphasizing multiculturalism and diversity for community development. It also focuses on upgrading the leadership and interpersonal skills, mind competency and community spirit of youths especially the high school students and high school graduate students.
