We continually make sure that our clients gain the highest value or price per quality for the services that we offer them.What we do?This is how our acquisition service works:unionstars® has already collected talent data and has already vetted, scored, evaluated and categorized them in different technology fields. After receiving client's requirement, we short list candidates from our talent pool, and send our offer to the client.After finalizing the offer, we start recruiting in a short time. We then sign the employment contract with the selected talent, and we handle all employment costs like hiring cost, social security and tax, salaries and other expenses.On the other hand, client will have a service contract with unionstars®, with fixed monthly payments and flexible start/ end conditions. This way, clients make sure they can hire and end working with a talent whenever they want, without having a one-year contract with the talent.
