The Universal Athletic Test is an athletic performance assessment made up of 6 events which measure your Speed, Power, Agility and Endurance. Once you have completed all 6 events and entered your results on this platform, a UAT score will be produced. The UAT score will serve as a great assessment of your physical and athletic ability. Universal Athletic Testing will provide you with a clear evaluation of your basic athletic ability level and serve as a platform for you to track improvement, interact with friends and compare yourself to other athlete's around the world regardless of sport or activity.
