Universal Marine Solutions specialise in providing offshore services and equipment to the Upstream Oil and Gas industry. Our Head Office is based in the UK, with the majority of our work being based predominantly in West Africa. To support this, UMS has regional offices located in key locations on the West African coast. UMS offers a complete service from initial inspection, through to project management, planning, engineering, procurement, logistics and installation for all aspects of marine services in the upstream and downstream sectors in the oil and gas industry. This includes floating hose management, change-out and testing, CALM Buoy operations, maintenance and inspection, mooring design and installation, vessel supply, management and marine equipment supply.By developing local resources it allows UMS to provide in country services such as logistics support including visa application support, permanent and temporary importation, and the provision of local personnel for onshore and onshore work scopes.UMS have completed work on inspection, removal, repair, replacement and installation of floating hoses for offshore installations, inspection, maintenance, operations and refurbishment of CALM Buoys, working closely with local and international partners to ensure the end user's needs are safely met and in line with all legislative and recommended practices. UMS's expertise and local knowledge in the West African region ensures that all projects are completed safely and efficiently by overcoming barriers that many companies are unable to do.
